What I collect
Only what you type into a form on this site — typically your name, phone number, email address, and details about your property or situation. This site does not require an account, and there is nothing to log into.
How I use it
To respond to you. That's it. If you request a cash offer, I use your property details to research the property and prepare an offer. If you submit a wholesale deal, I use the details to evaluate and market it with your authorization.
What I don't do
- I don't sell your information.
- I don't share it with lead-generation companies or call centers.
- I don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
- I don't use your information to market unrelated products.
Who processes form submissions
Form submissions are delivered through a third-party form service, which transmits them to my email. That provider processes the data only to deliver the message.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If website analytics are enabled, they measure aggregate traffic patterns — which pages get visited and where visitors came from — not individual identities.
Text messages and calls
If you give me your phone number, you're consenting to be contacted at that number about your inquiry, including by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or just tell me and I'll stop.
How long I keep it
Inquiries are retained as long as needed to serve you and to meet recordkeeping obligations that apply to licensed real estate activity in Arizona. Ask me to delete your information and I will, except where a record is legally required.
